1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZenPays services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

ZenPays provides payment orchestration, routing, risk management, and settlement services. Our services are subject to successful completion of KYB/KYC verification and underwriting approval.

3. Eligibility

You must be a legally registered business entity and complete our verification process. Certain industries and use cases may be restricted based on regulatory requirements and our risk policies.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees are disclosed in your merchant agreement. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice. All fees are earned upon transaction completion and are generally non-refundable.

5. Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, card network rules, and our acceptable use policies. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and securing your credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZenPays liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the applicable period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice as specified in the merchant agreement. We may suspend services immediately for suspected fraud, compliance violations, or excessive chargebacks.
