• You will not use the Service for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy, consumer protection, and electronic transactions.
• You will promptly fulfill your obligations to your customers, including delivery of goods or services as promised.
• You will maintain fair and transparent refund and return policies.

5. Fees and Payments

ZenPay charges fees for the use of its payment processing services. These fees are detailed in our Pricing page or in a separate agreement with you. We reserve the right to modify our fees with reasonable notice to you.

You authorize ZenPay to deduct applicable fees from the payment amounts before transferring funds to your designated account. You are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with your use of the Service.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of ZenPay or any third party
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code to the Service
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, including processing fraudulent transactions

ZenPay may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account by contacting us at support@zenpay.com. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment of any fees owed.
